Product Donations

Product can be delivered to the hotel in one of three ways: through the Food Lion Elloree Distribution Center, through the Harris Teeter Distribution Center, or direct shipping. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • If you are providing samples for bags, please include 750-800.
  • No glass items can be included in sample bags distributed at registration.
  • If you are providing refrigerated or frozen products for self-serve in the CFIC Cafe, please include a display unit with your logo on it. You will be responsible for transporting your display unit(s) back to you.
  • If you are providing VIP coupons, please include 750-800 and ensure CFIC receives them no later than June 6, 2025. Please ensure valid expiration dates on all coupons.

1st loading dock on right side (facing ocean).
Do not go through guard gate.

Food Delivery

Use Main Loading Dock-Northside
Use service/delivery entrance
Do NOT turn right and head toward gate!
Continue past the stop sign toward the beach.

Please consult the receiving manager when you arrive. A staff member will inform you where to unload product.
