The Myrtle Beach Hilton is located about 14 miles from the Myrtle Beach Airport (MYR).

Checking In

We recommend checking in to your hotel room before stopping by the CFIC Registration Desk (located in the Palisades Conference Center). Attendees staying in the Hilton or the Royale Palms will check in at the Hilton front desk. Attendees staying at the Embassy Suites, Kingston condos, or the villas will pick up room keys at the Embassy Suites front desk.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Room Reservation Cut-Off Date: June 14, 2024

To reserve a sleeping room within the room block, attendees must secure the reservation with a valid credit card along with a first night’s deposit refundable up to three days in advance of the convention. All credit cards used to prepay the deposit will be charged immediately.

Beware of Scams!

In years past, outside companies and alleged travel agencies/services have contacted attendees urging them to book guest rooms through their company with supposed discounts. We advise you to only book your guest rooms though the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort and Kingston Plantation directly, as the outside companies may offer rates that CFIC cannot verify or endorse.
